Can you explain the subscription fully?

Greenzie's subscription includes 7 things (usage, updates, b2b warranty, support, tracking, reports, and data) and is paid by the end user landscaper to Greenzie directly. It costs $12,000 a year and can be paid either:

* Annually up front ($12,000/yr), or
* Monthly every month ($1,000/mo), or
* Seasonally (6 to 11 months, the landscaper can pick the months and duration. Ex: 8 months March-October is $1,500/mo, or 6 months is $2,000/mo).

This is paid after end user landscapers purchase the mower to activate the subscription and utilize autonomous functionality.

The closest analogy is XM Sirius Radio or OnStar.

Is there an option to not have a subscription?

Not at this time. However, talk to your outdoor power equipment dealer about including the first 2 years of the subscription with the purchase of the mower.

What do I need ready when I call to activate?

You will need:

1) A name for the account (typically your company name), and contact information for the account.
2) Payment form ready
3) A 4-digit PIN code you would like to set for your mower
4) Optionally, a friendly name for your Greenzie-equipped mower (Mowses anyone?)
5) Optionally, email addresses of anyone you would like setup web access to job reporting, fleet tracking, and more.

An Account Manager will reach out after activation to schedule a kickoff call to answer any additional questions about reporting and getting reports setup to show a Return on Investment (ROI).

How do I sign the Technology Access Agreement or TAA?

We can send a Docusign link that allows an e-signature, or we can accept a signed scanned copy over email, or a hard copy mailed to us directly.

Can I transfer the subscription or transfer to a new owner if I prepay and sell the mower?

Yes, we are flexible. Call our support line to discuss your options.

In the case of a prepay, we can transfer to the new owner. However, we do need a new Technology Access Agreement signed from the new owner.

How do I pay? or What forms of payment does Greenzie accept?
